Leidos MARC Team Lead in WASHINGTON, District Of Columbia
The MARC Team Lead shall serve as the management and technical lead for contractor personnel performing functions in support of MARC. The MARC team lead shall be responsible for providing senior-level expertise to the region, independently complete complicated or complex tasks, and lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to the center.
It is required that the MARC Team Lead has the following qualifications:
a. A minimum of ten years of experience in strategic all source analysis
b. A minimum of five years of experience managing teams similar to the work described in Section C.5.4
c. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
d. Possess a final TS clearance with SCI eligibility and in-scope CSP at proposal submission
It is desired that the MARC Team Lead has the following qualifications:
a. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence, International Relations, Political Science, Area Studies for Africa or the Middle East, or a similar area of study.
b. Proven understanding of and experience with the Middle East or Africa region (Section J, Attachment X), including topics such as history, current events, political climate, and military, and leadership.
c. A minimum of five years of experience producing strategic all source analysis utilizing intelligence and information from multiple and varied sources.
d. Intermediate reading capability of Farsi, Arabic, or French (the equivalent of the DLPT Level 2 for reading)
