ENGILITY has an immediate need for a senior level engineer to provide System Engineering and Test services in an operational environment. The contract provides Systems Engineering Technical Advisory (SETA) support to manage the integration, test, and operational demonstration for End-2-End resiliency systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in and/or lead the preparation, execution and evaluation of R&D/Operations system testing, integration and operational demonstrations.• Provide SME support to various integration and test related boards and working groups.• Provide assistance and recommendations for integration and program transition from R&D to operations.• Support project-level activities such as site surveys, pre-deployment staging activities, site installation activities, and installation and checkout of ground processing and communications support systems.• Provide oversight and recommendations on Ground Segment change implementation planning, systems installation and integration planning, ground system relocation planning, and continuity of operations planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience.

  • Understanding of the systems engineering processes and configuration management.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Able to work independently on multiple tasks at once.

  • Possess the technical breadth of knowledge to identify and explain complex issues and provide recommendations to a broad range of operational, technical, programmatic, training and system installation issues.

  • Able to conduct business travel (<10% of the time).

  • Active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain a CI poly.

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior relevant experience supporting the Intelligence and DoD Communities.

  • Prior experience with the Site.

  • Prior experience with the NRO Customer’s missions, operational systems and organization is strongly preferred.
